Introduction
Mr. Diesel is admitted to all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Diesel is a member of the American Association for Justice and Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured numerous times throughout the state. Mr. Diesel works primarily in personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. In 1970, he was a clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals under the honorable Lawrence J. Wren (deceased). Mr. Diesel was recently named a "super lawyer" for 2007 and has been included in the publication "Arizona's Best Lawyers."
